Fermentation Workshop: All About Health

Please join us for this special Fermentation Workshop to learn more about the wonderous health benefits of adding fermented foods to your diet! Ky Guse, MA, co-owner of GYST, will discuss the latest research related to fermented foods and gut health, while also spilling her guts about her own journey through the world of fermented foods. Workshop participants will walk away with the basic understanding of how to make lacto-fermented vegetables at home. As a group we will make two ferments: a kimchi for optimal gut health and preserved lemons. This workshop is great for both beginners and long-time fermenters! Fee includes workshop materials, a fermented beverage (kombucha, shrub, wine, beer, cider) and tastes of GYST fermented foods. PLEASE REGISTER HERE
