Kombucha 101 - Learn to Make it at Home

Join us for this fun and interactive workshop to learn all about kombucha! We will discuss the origins of this ancient fermented tea, its health benefits, and methods of production and ingredients. We'll play with different "Mothers" (aka, SCOBY's) that make all the magic happen.  We'll also discuss how to make both alcoholic and non-alcoholic kombucha cocktails for the holidays! Workshop fee includes a GYST board (think adult lunchable - one cheese, one meat, pickle, and chocolate) as well as a kombucha cocktail (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). GYST Kombucha Kits will be available for purchase!
