Behold, there is a completely delicious world of ferments out there that are EASY to make and delicious to add to your regular diet. Please join us for this fun night as we go through the basics of lacto-fermentation and taste our way through new and creative ways to add ferments daily!
This workshop entails a group fermentation project (that you will take to ferment at home) plus, a delicious dinner and fermented beverage (beer, wine, cider, kombucha). Come hungry!
