You love 'em, we love 'em! Please join us for this special fermentation workshop focusing on the lacto-fermented DILL PICKLE! This workshop will give an overview of both the dry brine and wet brine fermentation methods. We'll then dive into a few different fermentation projects - we'll make lacto-fermented dill pickles, dill kohlrabi and dill daikon radishes! Workshop fee includes a beverage - your choice of wine, beer, kombucha and workshop materials. Participants will take their jars to ferment at home. Please note: this is more of a hands-on workshop than an informational session on fermentation AND you must love dill to participate :) REGISTER HERE!
