Please join us for this special hands-on fermentation workshop at Tonkadale Greenhouse! We'll discuss all aspects of fermentation - what exactly it is, how to do it at home (and do it well!) and why this form of preservation is the easiest and the safest. Yes, SAFE! We'll also discuss the many health benefits of fermentation. Participants will then dive into making their own sauerkraut to take home and ferment. Workshop fee includes class materials and samples of GYST's own fermented vegetables!
